Notice of Carton House Men’s Club AGM 2024

Date and Time: Monday November 25th at 7.30 pm
Venue: Kildare Suite, at Carton House Hotel

Key points for the AGM are as follows:

Section 20 of our Constitution refers to the process and quorum required for convening an AGM. There should be 50 members present to satisfy the quorum required.

Motions for constitutional change or nominations for committee or officer positions, are required to be submitted no later than 14 days prior to the date of AGM, i.e. 11th November 2024 prior to the AGM, and must be emailed to the following address:
